GFX Computers exists for one simple reason: technology should not make people feel stupid or stressed. We are the patient local engineer who visits, sorts it, and explains it properly.
Why we do this
Too many people have had a bad experience with tech support. Rushed visits, confusing jargon, a bill that made no sense, or being made to feel daft for asking a simple question. We started GFX Computers to be the opposite of all that.
We are proudly local to Aberdeen, we treat your home and your time with respect, and we genuinely enjoy the moment when something clicks and a nervous customer realises it is not so scary after all. That is the whole point.
