Questions about Wi-Fi and networks

Why is my Wi-Fi slow in some rooms?
Thick granite walls, distance from the router and interference from other devices all cause weak spots. We test signal room by room and fix it with better placement, wired backhaul or mesh where it makes sense.
Can you fix Wi-Fi that keeps dropping out?
Yes. Drop-outs usually come down to router settings, channel congestion, an ageing router or a fault with your provider. We find the real cause rather than just rebooting and hoping.
Do I need to buy new equipment?
Not always. We work with what you have first and only suggest new kit, like a mesh system, if it will genuinely solve the problem. We can source and set it up for you if so.
