I think I have been scammed, what should I do?
Do not pay anything more and do not let anyone stay connected to your computer. Turn it off, then call us. We check the machine, remove remote access, secure your accounts and tell you what to report.
How do I know if my computer has a virus?
Common signs are pop-ups, a suddenly slow machine, strange messages, or programs you did not install. We can check it over and clean anything nasty off it.
