A lot of older people are, quite reasonably, nervous about scams, and that fear can put them off using technology at all. Once you know that no genuine bank will ever phone and ask for your password or remote access, a lot of the worry lifts. We are always happy to go over this gently, as many times as you like.
No question is ever too small
This is the heart of how we work. We never rush, never talk down to anyone, and are glad to explain something two or three times over a cup of tea. If you have been made to feel silly by tech support before, we are the opposite of that. Ask us anything.
